What are the longest lasting vape coils? Vape coils are one of the most important parts of your vape. They're what heats your e-liquid to generate vapor, which you inhale in the form of clouds or vapors. However, vape coils do have a limited lifespan and can burn out after some time. If you want to make sure that your vape coils last as long as possible, there are several things you can do to help them last longer.

However, it's important to note that vape coils are made with different types of wires. Depending on the type of wire you use, your coil may last for a shorter or longer period.

Suppose you're looking for a replacement coil that will last longer than its original counterpart. In that case, I recommend using titanium wire instead of nickel-plated or silver-plated Kanthal because these metals are less likely to rust over time. This can help extend the lifespan of your vaporizer battery and keep it in good working order!

How often to change coils vape

When it comes to vape coils, you should consider changing them every 2-4 weeks. Vaping more often than this can burn out your coil faster and cause some people to get sick or even worse, die.

You should also be aware that vaping on low-voltage devices like e-cigarettes is not going to help extend the life of your coils because they don't use any power (and therefore heat) when they're not being used. This means there's less chance for damage from overuse and wear down on the coil itself, which could potentially lead to them breaking apart prematurely, causing an unsafe situation for yourself too!

How to make vape coils last longer

There are several things you can do to make your vape coils last longer.

    • Don't overfill your tank. If you have too much e-liquid in your tank, it will impact the taste of your vape and result in a less enjoyable experience overall. This is especially true if you use a sub-ohm atomizer with a high VG content (80%+) that increases the amount of vapor produced by the coil.
    • Avoid overheating at all costs! Overheating causes dry hits and poor flavor production on any type of coil build due to excess heat generated by coils running too hot while they are being used, with PG/VG ratios exceeding 80%. The best way to avoid this is by using a lower-wattage device or reducing the voltage or watts being used in your vape mod. You should also take regular breaks from vaping, as well. This will ensure that you are not burning through your coil too quickly so that you can enjoy the experience for longer before replacing it.
    • Don't over-dry your coil. It is important to keep your coil wet at all times to prevent dry hits. When you over-dry your coil, it will burn the cotton inside of it and cause a terrible taste in your mouth. This will also affect how long you can use coils before they need to be replaced because if they are burned too much, then they won't live as long as new ones would do.
    • Don't use a coil that produces a burnt taste. If you notice that the taste of your vape is starting to taste burnt, then it is time to change out the coil. If you continue to vape with a burnt-tasting coil, you will burn more cotton than normal, making your tank last less time before needing to be replaced.

Top 5 wires for vape coils

      • Kanthal

Kanthal is a type of wire that is widely used in the vaping industry. It can be found in many different types of coils, including standard and sub-ohm builds, as well as rebuildable atomizers. Kanthal has a high resistance to oxidation, and it doesn't get hot when it's being used, making it ideal for dry herbs or concentrates.

      • Ni80 (Nickel 80)

Ni80 is another common type of wire used for vaping purposes because it offers similar properties to Kanthal but with one big difference: It heats up faster than other wires due to its higher nickel content compared to stainless steel like 304 or 316L. This makes Ni80 ideal for use with sub-ohm builds because it heats up quickly and reduces the amount of time that you have to wait before getting a full hit from your coils.

      • Ni200 (Nickel 200)

Ni200 is a type of wire that's often used for temperature control vaping. Because it can only be used with mods that have temperature control capabilities, this type of wire isn't as popular as Kanthal or Ni80, but it's still commonly used by many vapers because it helps ensure that your coils never get too hot when you're vaping.

      • SS316L (Stainless Steel 316L)

Stainless steel wire is made with nickel and chromium, making it highly resistant to corrosion and rust. This type of wire is often used by vapers who want their coils to last longer without needing to be replaced because regular stainless steel won't burn or break down over time, as Kanthal or Ni80 does.

      • TCR

TCR stands for Temperature Coefficient of Resistance, and it's a type of wire that allows you to accurately adjust the resistance of your coils based on their temperature. This is achieved by changing the composition of your TCR wire so that it has different resistances at different temperatures. This is useful because it allows vapers to find the ideal temperature for whatever kind of vaping experience they're looking for.

All of this information will help you get the most out of your vaping experience. If you want to save money and still enjoy the benefits of vaping, then it's a good idea to make sure your coils are always fresh.
